Return Policy:

All sales are final on books, patterns, cross stitch leaflets, and smocking design plates. Other merchandise may be returned for store credit or exchange within 14 days of shipping. Any cut item such as fabric, ribbon or lace cannot be returned unless the item is found defective. Shipping charges are not refundable and it is the purchasers responsibility to pay for return shipment postage.

Shipping Policy:

Shipping is done through USPS either priority mail or first class. Request for overnight or other form of shipping can be made at time of order.
